For several years, while working for a multi-billion-dollar hotel brand, we witnessed a frustrating disconnect within the travel and hospitality industry. We saw talented hoteliers, eager to grow their sales, struggling to navigate the complexities of consortia, travel management companies (TMCs), and travel agencies. These vital partnerships for increasing sales, meant to be symbiotic, often fell short due to a lack of education, understanding, and support. Hoteliers were feeling lost and some specialized guidance was needed.

This wasn't just a business problem; it was a passion problem! And we've always been driven by the power of sales, connecting needs with solutions. There is magic in the travel and hospitality ecosystem, including the vital connections made through corporate travel, to connect people and create memorable business experiences.
